Dot Dash is a digital agency built around UI/UX and project management — they shape what a product should be and keep the delivery on the rails. We were the technical half of that partnership: the ones who took the designs and the plans and turned them into working software. Depending on the client and the moment, that meant wearing whatever hat the work needed — tech lead, hands-on developer, devops, or fractional CTO.
